Gentell Aloe Vera Hydrogel Wound Dressing Tube, 3 oz.Gentell Hydrogel is an aloe vera-based hydrating wound gel that protects the wound bed. Because it contains less water than other hydrogels, Gentell Hydrogel is more viscous and less “runny.” Aloe vera is also a source of acemannan, in addition to other mono- and polysaccharides, amino acids, glycoproteins, vitamins and enzymes. Use on wounds with little or no exudate, diabetic skin ulcers, venous stasis ulcers, first- and second-degree burns, post-surgical incisions, cuts and abrasions.
