Getting reminders is as easy as 1, 2, 3 ...
- Products eligible for reorder will automatically be enrolled in Reorder Reminder, and we will let you know when it is time for more supplies.
- View and modify communication preferences in Account Settings so you never miss an update.
- If ordering by phone, inform one of our customer care specialist of modifications to future Reorder Reminders.
Confirming Deliveries
Edgepark will contact you when it is time to reorder supplies, depending on your selected communication preference. Reordering is made easier by keeping frequent products visible in your order history, allowing you to adjust based on your needs.
Changing Reminders
You can update future reminders at any time by navigating to Reorder Reminders from Account Settings after signing in or follow the prompts when placing an order.
