The FLOWASSIST Convex Baseplate incorporates Ostoform’s patented FLOWASSIST technology in a unique and highly flexible design, helping to maintain hydrocolloid integrity and promote healthier peristomal skin. By directing output away from the skin and into the pouch, it helps reduce the risk of leakage and may extend appliance wear time and is particularly effective for managing liquid output. Designed with a gentle 3.5mm convexity, the baseplate provides additional support for recessed or flush stomas.
