Your Edgepark Patient Journey
We have designed our patient experience with your convenience in mind. You place the initial order, and we take care of the rest. Here's how it works:
1. You or your health care professional place your first supply order.
Orders can be placed online, over the phone, or via electronic ordering. You will need to provide:
Your name, address, date of birth, phone number, and email address.
Your health insurance information, including any secondary or supplemental insurance.
Your diagnosis or underlying condition. Some insurers, including Medicare, require this information.
Your doctor's name and phone number.
2. Your dedicated Patient Care Adviser welcomes you to Edgepark.
If we haven't already spoken with you, we'll contact you by phone to finish setting up your account, answer your questions, and enroll you in our reorder reminder program, ContinuCare.
3. Edgepark handles the paperwork.
We will contact your doctor to verify your prescription and collect any other necessary documentation. We also contact your insurance provider to verify benefits so we can inform you of any expenses not covered by insurance. Some providers may require a prior authorization before your order can ship, but Edgepark handles that for you as well.
4. Edgepark will process and ship your order directly to your home.
After the verification process, we'll ship your supplies. You should receive your initial order within one to three business days after processing is complete. Your future orders will usually ship within one to three business days unless there are changes to your account information that require verification. If you're enrolled in our ContinuCare program, we'll remind you when it's time to order so you receive supplies before you run out.
