The Tandem Mobi is a compact, durable insulin pump designed for automated delivery using Control-IQ technology, controllable via a mobile app.

Predict high and lows

Control-IQ+ technology is a predictive algorithm with AutoBolus, so you can start seeing improvements on Day 1.

• Helps Prevent Highs: Increases basal insulin dosing and uses AutoBolus (up to one an hour) if sensor glucose is predicted to be high.
• Helps Prevent Lows: Decreases or stops basal insulin if sensor glucose is predicted to be low. This can help improve time in range overnight and during the day.

Activity settings

Control-IQ+ technology includes optional activity settings that adjust the range of treatment values.

• Sleep Activity: Uses a narrower and lower range of treatment values to help guard against lows and highs while sleeping.
• Exercise Activity: Uses a narrower and higher range of treatment values to help guard against lows during activity.

The pump is so small that it can be worn almost anywhere, giving you greater discretion, comfort, and options for how you manage your diabetes.

• Wear it: Wear it on-body with an adhesive sleeve (sold separately), which is compatible with all Tandem infusion sets.
• Clip it: Clip it easily to your clothes, dress, workout gear, or pajamas. Tandem Mobi can be worn almost anywhere.
• Slip it: The impressively small Tandem Mobi is so discreet that you can simply slip it into the coin pocket of your jeans.

• CGM Sensors: The Tandem Mobi System currently integrates with Dexcom G6 and standard Dexcom G7 (10-Day) Sensors.
