ContinuCare is a free service provided by Edgepark to ensure that our customers have the supplies they need, when they need them. Once you enroll in ContinuCare, we will remind you when it’s time to reorder supplies.
Three ways to set up a ContinuCare account:
- Log in to your account, and click on My ContinuCare to begin setting up orders.
- Place your next order on the Web site, and follow the prompts to add your order to ContinuCare.
- Call to place your order, and let the Customer Care Specialist know that you would like to enroll in the ContinuCare service.

- You don’t have to remember when to reorder supplies – we’ll send you an e-mail reminder.
- To get your next order shipped, simply confirm your order by logging in to your account online.
- You can change your current or future ContinuCare orders at any time within your online Account Overview, or by calling Edgepark.
- Edgepark adjusts your next order ship date based on your last order, saving you time and hassle, and ensuring you receive supplies at just the right time.
